A good health and fitness regime that includes running, walks, exercise, gym and playing sports of interest. Key part is finding the determination and drive to keep fit and healthy and a regime that suits you and well balanced.
Every morning I do a quick stretch workout, my legs feel feel amazing and longer. Haha I love my legs afterall. Then also I drink plenty of water! Stay hydrated okai I don't want you to get sick.. I can send hugs if you do though
I walk every day, don't drink, and have a quiet lifestyle in my little cottage three blocks from the Ocean. My socializing consists of being romantic with the young lady in my life so I try to stay in good shape to be able to thoroughly enjoy each other during times we are together.

I love to go for walks, no matter if its by the beach, in the neighbourhood or hiking in nature. I also love stretching and am looking at getting into yoga! I value my health & wellbeing as I am lactose & gluten intolerant so am always on the hunt for cafes and restaurants to cater for my dietary needs.
Every first week of each month I go in a water fasting process. Water fasting helps me mention my body weight throughout the whole year but I'm also petite. water in general is good for you. it helps clears my skin so that I don't have to use skincare products on my face. I've been doing this for 1yr now so I fast for 2 weeks but I recommend speak with your doctor before you start. once my water fasting process is finished I love getting into my core workouts morning and night but running is my best cardio.

Yoga, yoga, and more yoga. I enjoy long walks (no really, I do), and anything that gets me outdoors. Casual bike rides and strolling through city streets are ideal, but I get serious with HIIT when I need to.
working out as much as I can! It's either I grow this ass or b*y one!!!! Always looking for helpful advice to stay consistent with the body and diet. I am always looking for encouragement to push me :)

I used to play a lot of sports and I try to keep active. Over quarantine I have found a real love for working out - it is a part of my daily routine. and I try to eat plant based and maintain a healthy diet.
As you can see i'm really small. BUT, I eat good but healthy.
I also use the gym in my condos to ride the bike as well as run and walk the treadmill.
I partake in syoga, yes that's stoned yoga as a way to relax and keep my flexibility.
I like to get at least 10,000 steps in daily which includes a combination of jogging and walking. Work out with weights at least 4x weekly. Also enjoy swimming, hiking and softball. Learning how to cook and trying to eat healthier.
I workout 4-5 times a week. Working out is part of my lifestyle. For me, it's not just about keeping my body healthy and in shape but also about keeping a healthy mind. I also like to do yoga and hike whenever the weather allows.
Gym 6 days a week. Since COVID I work out at home, gyms are still closed, I've also started going on jogs and hikes. I Love being outdoors. I try to eat health, and one thing I don't eat meat or dairy but I eat seafood!
I tried to eat healthy but I love to cook so yeah lol.
I like the gym, lifting weight but enjoy more of those nature walks, jogs, leg work outdoors.

I like to go to the gym almost every day. If I can not make it to the gym that day, I like to go rollerblading at the local park to get my cardio in for the day. I also like to eat healthily and make sure I get enough protein in for the day.
I love to go for runs every morning and I'm super into yoga! One of my favorite pastimes is to go for walks, hiking, and skiing. I used to play field hockey so I am definitely in shape from that still :)
