    I stick to a clean diet, which includes meal prepping every week. I work out 2-3 times a week. I love going on hikes and enjoying nature. Meditation is part of my daily routine as well. Having your mental in shape is just as important as physical body.

    I go to work out a lot, do yoga, the gym and hiking. I enjoy to go for a run, bike and rock climb. I enjoy also going to the pool to do laps then sit in a sauna after and rest. I take care of my body and eat well.

    I like to mix things up between weighted exercises, cardio, and yoga! I miss going to the gym for weight training, but I've been doing a lot of resistance training instead. When I have time, I enjoy long hikes for the views, and I would love to have a friend to go horse riding with, as it's great exercise!

    I train every day, walk my dog, enjoy other things such as rock climbing, water sports, bike riding, hiking etc. I also train in jujitsu. Try to eat healthy but im a sucker for chocolate and carbs. Drink lots of water!

    Although I love to eat, I do low impact activities to keep my body in shape! This mostly includes hiking and yoga; however, I've also been loving at-home kickboxing work outs since the pandemic has started. Oh, and dancing when I'm in that mood ;)

    I used to have an Executive membership at Equinox. I love to stay fit and take care of my body. Running on the treadmill, biking, yoga, pilates, dancing, sauna's, spa's, facials, massages, acupuncture, cupping, etc, etc. I also eat very healthy.

    I enjoy playing golf on the weekends when I have the chance and during the week I run, cycle or swim before and after work. Occassionally, I will do a triathlon but it has been a while since I did one. Also, I don't mind playing some other sort of sport when I have the chance.

    My father has inspired me to work for my body instead of taking diet pills. He's done several Spartan Races, and is quite the strongman of the family. I've learned a lot from him and still use his teachings to this day.

    I work out almost daily, lifetsyle permitting, and i really really love to eat sweet things so i have to have strict control on what i eat otherwise i'd be rolling myself down the street on my belly not walking aha

    I have a petite yet curvy figure. I love to work out about 4-5x a week just to stay perky and toned. I also do Yoga every single day. It helps keep my body tight and flexible. Maybe I can show you my yoga routine some day?

    I love going to the Gym, and taking walks in nature. I'm not a gym rat but I love the feeling of just freshly working out my body. Im also kind of a health nut so I like to watch what I eat as well. :)

    I like to get to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and where possible walk everywhere, even to pick up supplies at the supermarket. I like to cook simple healthy meals - a little bit of meat and a lot of veggies. Unfortunately I do like potato chips, chocolate and ice cream more.

    I love to play volleyball or basketball! Beach volleyball is my favorite. I am tall, so I really enjoy both sports. I also try to go to the gym (when they are open) 3-4 times a week. I have recently been working out at home. Message me if you need some workouts you can do from your livingroom!

    Yoga every damn day. Keeps me flexible, in shape, and raises my vibes. My practice I do without a teacher since I like lettings things flow as I go. Hoping warmer weather will take me to yoga on beaches and in forests every weekend.. Let me show you my king pigeon pose ;)

    Short exercise period each morning and that's about it no running have shin splints from military days.But work on sit ups, push ups and weights. Different reps with cardio in mind. Try not to do too much sitting since I retired. Ugh!
