I train and compete in triathlon events. I love to jog and ride my road and mountain bike. I also enjoy kite surfing and scuba diving. Im hoping my sugar b*by will help me to improve my core strength with some specially tailored exercises:)
Between evening jogs on dirt roads, workouts in the home gym, and morning walks, I am currently pursuing my certification in (hot/Bikram) yoga instructing. Simply because I found that stretching myself to max capacity in a 95-105F room just happens to be my zhuzh.
In regard to my dietary preferences, I've (somehow) managed to adjust to a low-carb nutritional regime on days that are more active; strictly implementing fish and poultry as my choice of animal protein.
Otherwise, consuming gargantuan size salads/veggie platters (with olive oil) is actually my favorite pass-time.
I have 4 farms, a large garden and yard. I enjoy working outside when weather and time permits. I like to go hiking and traveling. I love going to Door County on summer weeks with long walks in the Villages and parks.

I eat relatively healthy. I could absolutely exercise more and would love to have someone to do it with or even just compete with in small goals daily or weekly. A little competition never hurt anyone! (:
Pilates! Hot yoga! Mental + physical work is the BEST. I can't express it enough how important this is for everyone. We tend to put all our energy into our work, or our relationships and yes that benefits us in one way or another - but we need a time that is only for you. And working out is that for me

I go the gym around 5 days a week to get my self fit also big believer in you are what you eat so try to eat as clean as possible but absolutely love a burger here and there especially after a night out
I love hiking and running my dog! I often do hot yoga and also have a infrared sauna which is super great for you. Long walks on a nice day along a beach front is pretty awesome then pop in somewhere for a drink and a bite.
I spend a fair amount of time outdoors away from people these days. Gyms are a scary place these days so I tend to go climb a mountain or swim my ass off in a lake somewhere. The rest comes from my home workout routine and eating healthy.

I make some excercise every morning - but not if I have some heavy work ahead. (Fixing my house). I did Combat Jujutsu until 2 years ago, but almost broke my neck.
I did swimming, but its really boring & complicated (I dont have an OS-pool)
I also did long-distance running , but that was long time ago. Its winter right now.
The neighbour has ha gym, and i have copies of the keys. But i dont use it.
But I am positive to the idea of "keeping up".
I'm not looking for perfection guys, but I am trying to reduce some fat I have on me by eating all the hi cholesterol and fattening food.(No just kidding:). ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHAT"S INSIDE OF YOU!!!!!!
Honestly, I work out almost every day! Something as simple as walking around the neighborhood after getting home for work. Or something at intense as going out to a kick boxing class either before or after work!
Yoga and weight lifting. I want to do pole dancing and other acrobatic dancing as well. As I was recently in a car accident, I don't like to do anything high impact. I pretty much eat whatever I want, but I mainly stick to Asian food for my diet. It just goes a lot better with what I like. I like a solitary workout as it keeps my mind at ease. If you want to take me to a gym, you can, but yelling at me to motivate me doesn't work. It just annoys the hell out of me.
I love to eat good food and of course a little fun food. I think of you balance out what you eat with a good workout program and stay active you will be great! I believe you need to keep your body in shape along with your mind.
Usual Work out during weekdays and sometimes intense Yoga exercise.
Running and Biking over weekends is a new thing I have discovered during this pandemic and I am quite happy that I am able to continue except for extreme climatic conditions.
Im a regular at the gym. I love lifting weights, eating healthy, and even going to the occasional yoga class.
I first began to find self-discipline when I went into the military. Its important to be fit.
