When the gym is open, I'm there most days for between 1 and 2 hours mostly on dumb bells and machines. I have no problem keeping up with guys 10 to 15 years younger than me. Since I was a couch potato for over 20 years I have some work left to do.

I climb. cut and load trees by hand and walk my dogs at least a quarter of a mile after work 5 days a week. Plus on top of that I go to the gym and lift and I eat all an organic diet with fish fruit and vegetables.

physical daily exercise, although I'm a larger build I exercise morning by power walking 1/2 - 45 minutes again in the evening I lift weights to maintain my strength followed by a small body workout of legs and stomach

Yoga, cycling, resistance training and the gym when it's open! I'm a qualified yoga instructor and studied with teachers in India. I walk my dogs everyday and cycle regularly. Treat my body as a temple.
While I am "full figured" I have curves in all of the right places! I do yoga for flexibility, and I do have a regular gym routine to make sure those curves are exactly where I want them. I also have a fairly high maintenance beauty routine to keep my hair, nails and skin looking their best. I take pride in the way that I look and enjoy being thick.

I eat healthy and train to stay neat and tidy for my potential man. I like to take walks stretch. I train 5 days a week and am active majority of the day. im not exactly where i want to be body wise but its a working progress.
i play sports regularly and have played since i was young. i also go to the gym once or twice a week. i thoroughly enjoy keeping my body looking it's best and i'm trying to tone out now. i love running, swimming, and i'd love to go hiking since i've never been.
Healthy cooking, staying active, and self discipline! I love to switch my workouts up between boxing, pilates, yoga, lifting, and HIIT and am looking to start pole dancing and aerial classes. I try to get a workout in every morning.

I've always been active and about the same size I was in college. I used to play baseball and softball, but nowadays it's swimming, biking, karate, golf and dog parks.
Karate is great for balance and flexibility. Training alone won't get you into great shape, but if you love it then you will cross train outside of karate to improve our skill inside of karate.
I love to do yoga every now and again to maintain my stamina and channel my frustrations into one outlet. I really have been enjoying lots of meditative exercise like brisk walks, yoga, pilates, and so much more. I don't go to the gym everyday, but it is fun here and there.
I love to move around, I have a little skateboard and a scooter. I'm hoping to find some roller skates soon and maybe hit up the park. My new health goals this year are to eat foods that are really good for my body! Learning so much about foods.
Everything in moderation and exercise of course. One needs to get plenty of sleep & down time. Exploring the ranch on foot. But the very best medicine was and could be again, a strong dose of weekly SB fun (:
